To use Societies Online you will need a Basic BCeID account (Business and Personal not accepted).

Registry Key Help

The Registry Key is required to access and maintain your society. If you share your Registry Key, others will be able to access and update information for your society.

What is a Registry Key?

A Registry Key is like a password. You will need it to view your society's information and complete online filings; for example annual reports.

How to create the Registry Key

Registry keys must be a minimum of 8 characters. You can use a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. You cannot use your incorporation number, business number or name in your key.

Who should have access to the Registry Key?

We recommend only giving the key to those who are authorized to complete filings for your society. If you've had turn-over within your society consider changing the key.

How do I change the Registry Key?

Once a key is setup, it will not expire. The key can be changed any time through the Manage Site Access tab.
